Tasting notes

Oil made in the second half of October with olives in veraison, with intense green fruity notes. On the nose, it presents notes of freshly cut grass and olive leaf, artichoke, green almond, apple, tomato, and arugula, along with aromatic herbs like thyme, basil, and oregano.
