Tasting notes

An oil with great personality. On the nose, it stands out with a medium green fruity aroma, both herbal (freshly cut herbs and aromatic) and fruity (tomato plant and green almond). In the mouth, we highlight artichoke, olive leaf, nuts, and an intense flavor of green walnut. A very balanced oil with exquisite complexity.
