This white bar is made with cocoa butter from the San Martin region in the north of Peru. In this product by replacing cow’s milk with ground almonds and has accompanied it with freeze-dried cherries, with a nod to the classic Basque cake that was created in the farmhouses of the Iparralde area. Initially, the filling was made with Itxassou cherries and later it was filled with custard.

Cocoa: 45% minimum
May contain traces of MILK.
