White Txakoli made with the native variety Ondarrabi Zuri from our vineyards in Getaria. Manual harvest in early October. White vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging on lees until bottling.
* Tasting notes: * Sight: Greenish yellow, bright and fine natural bubbles. * Nose: Citrus and fresh apple. Mineral notes. * Palate: Fresh and fruity, with characteristic acidity and light carbonic.
