A maltose British-made ale:

• Oriented to the caramel flavor but with a hoppy touch, well balanced in sweetness and bitterness being a smooth and pleasant flavor but with character.
• It differs from its English relatives in the more accentuated hoppiness with hints of ripe and tropical fruit.
• Medium body, medium carbonation and sweet finish make this beer a unique experience on the palate
• Will pair well with soft cheeses, quince jelly, pizzas and white meats, pepper sirloin sandwiches, Jamaican chicken skewer.
