Meadowsweet is a medicinal plant traditionally used for its properties as an antacid, anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, analgesic and antiseptic (against infections).
Meadowsweet has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, febrifuge, diaphoretic (sudorific), anticoagulant, antispasmodic (especially on bronchial tissue), diuretic, astringent and also anti-lithiasic qualities.
How to use:
Infusion (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon of plant per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take up to 5 cups a day after meals.
