INDICATIONS:
The emulsified aromas in Chefdelíce paste are very resistant to baking due to their qualities, the aroma is encapsulated in natural stabilizers, preventing the loss of flavor from high temperatures due to baking, formulated in aqueous and fat-soluble bases. They have a pasty texture that not only provides flavor but also color, avoiding the addition of coloring. If a more intense color tone is desired, any food coloring can be added. They are also suitable for cold preparations, such as shakes, ice creams, soft drinks... obtaining a rich shake simply by adding paste aroma to milk.

HOW TO USE:
GUIDELINE DOSE: between 3 and 4 g per kilo of dough or preparation to flavor.
Add directly to the dough during the beating process, or to the mix after pasteurization.
PRESENTATION:
Transparent jar of 50 g with white lid and Chefdelice guarantee seal.
WARNINGS:
Store in the original closed container, in a dry place, at room temperature (max. 25 ºC), away from heat sources and avoiding exposure to light.
Do not ingest directly, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
