Natural sheep yogurt made with themilk from our Churra sheep. It is made from fresh sheep's milk, lactic ferments, vanilla, and 4% sugar.

The milk from this native breed from Castilla y León has amuch lower productionthan other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and evening milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is ofgreat qualitydue to itshigher fat and protein content, as well as beingricher in amino acids.
