Vegan mayonnaise made from sunflower oil and lemon. This product is suitable for vegans, as it does not contain egg, it is emulsified through an ingredient called Aquafaba and xanthan gum which is a natural texturizer.

Stir before serving.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2ºC-4ºC and consume before the 3rd day.
