The semi-sweet vermouth Papatán is created by blending the wine from the Jaén Blanca variety from Torreperogil with local herbs such as fennel, chamomile, eucalyptus, and rosemary. Through a slow and natural maceration process, without adding essences or flavor enhancers, a vermouth with character is obtained, offering a surprising experience to the palate.
TASTING NOTES:
Intense sensations are perceived from the first sip. Then, a journey of flavors begins that goes through a honeyed sweetness, brandy, cinnamon, chamomile, and the freshness of eucalyptus, among others, culminating in a harmonious and pleasant bitterness.
GASTRONOMY:
It is an ideal combination for all kinds of pickles, nuts, cold cuts, and especially with cheeses, from the most mature to the freshest. It shows a special harmony when paired with dried fruit desserts, pies, and cakes. Additionally, it is perfect for mixing with carbonated beverages such as tonic water, soda, or seltzer.
