The Via Domitia is an exquisite extra virgin olive oil produced by Llàgrimes del Canigó. This high-quality oil is distinguished by its perfect balance in the mouth, combining sweet, spicy, and bitter notes. Its richness is manifested in both green and ripe secondary aromas, culminating in a pleasant almond sensation on the palate. The careful production includes absolute rest in a tank, giving it a radiant color that reflects its exceptional quality.

With a limited production of 2500 bottles per year, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of the Argudell and Picual varieties. The Via Domitia has been the emblem of Trull de Agullana for the past 20 years, marking its excellence since its creation.

What makes the Via Domitia even more special is its new initiative to present a unique label every year, highlighting the uniqueness of each harvest. In 2023, the label featured a work by painter Xavier Gonzàlez Arnau, and this year, in 2024, we have the collaboration of the talented Lluís Roura. Roura has provided the image of his painting "Agullana" (2006), inspired by the landscape of the homonymous town where Trull de Agullana is located. Lluís Roura, renowned for his Empordà landscapes, is a self-taught painter with a remarkable career in the art world.
