A soft and frank cheese, between sweet and milky, buttery, that melts on the palate. Tender and semi-cured cheese, made from whole and pasteurized cow's milk. With a natural, brushed or clean rind and a straw yellow color.
It comes vacuum packed for better transport and preservation.
