Villa Antinori Bianco is a white wine made from Malvasia, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Trebbiano grapes in the IGT Toscana by the Marchesi Antinori winery.
Villa Antinori Bianco is a white wine made from the union of several harmonious grape varieties that come only from estate vineyards that preserve the spirit and principles of the Antinori winemaking style.
It is made from Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small portion of Riesling Renano grapes, harvested entirely by hand in August. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel tanks, where fermentation begins at a temperature of no more than 18°C. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
The aromas are sophisticated and elegant, with notes of banana and pineapple fruit interspersed with white flowers.
The palate is balanced, pleasantly persistent and mineral.
