Very fragrant, Camphor with Rosemary is one of the most aromatic vinegars in the "Le Bon Vinaigre" range. Like other herbal vinegars, this is a white wine vinegar made from the Chardonnay grape variety, to which we add rosemary freshly cut from the garden. This vinegar reveals all the powerful aromas of rosemary and the woodiness of vinegar aged in oak barrels. It will be sublime on a rack of lamb or roast pork, surprising on a melon salad.
