Elaboration and aging
The distillery has the Lake-Silo on the ground floor, where the olive pomace is stored for later distillation, copper stills, storage tanks for pure pomace and a room with oak barrels to age a special pomace for five years.
Own laboratory
We have our own laboratory, where all liquors and dilutions are analyzed before going on the market. And finally, on the upper floor, there are all the maceration tanks for the different liquors, as well as the filtering area and the warehouse for finished products and a small tasting room.
