Quinta de Aves Volcanic Muscat 2019. 75 centiliters.
Vegan wine made from overripe Moscatel de grano menudo grapes. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 700m in Campo de Calatrava next to the natural parks of Andújar and Cazorla. More than 50 years old, the vineyards are canopy-pruned with the traditional association of vineyards and olive groves in the same plot, typical of the region and a reflection of its origins. The Campo de Calatrava region differs from the rest due to the characteristics of its soils where we find volcanic soils.after the night harvest the grapes undergo a selection process at the entrance of the winery with a subsequent cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out in a meticulous manner and, at the appropriate moment, fermentation is stopped by lowering the temperature and filtration, resulting in a wine with 9% vol. and 70g/l of sugar in a natural way.
