We strive to have a wide selection of wines from various denominations of the Spanish geography. Carefully chosen and always valuing the effort and quality in the production process of the producers. This wine comes from vineyards located in the volcanic massif of the Calatrava field at an altitude of 850 meters. Harvested by hand to ferment the whole clusters and thus carry out a meticulous elaboration by the traditional, and now rare, system of Carbonic Maceration in concrete tanks.
