Production and aging
The J&B Whisky is made from 42 whiskies, 36 malt and 6 grain, which give it a unique flavor and style that provide a perfect combination.
It requires a careful distillation process, combining the lighter and sweeter malt whiskies from the Lowlands and the more robust flavored whiskies from the Highlands.
The necessary ingredients for the production of traditional scotch whisky are: water, air, peat, the mash, and the barrel (which influences the flavor).
Tasting Notes
Appearance: JB is a whisky with an old gold, opaque, and pale color.
Nose: It has a delicate aroma with hints of vanilla and tobacco, and a slight peat background.
