Alabaster is our white chocolate bar with 29% cocoa and 30% cocoa butter. Shiny and ivory in colour, this rich and melting chocolate is made with 30% cocoa butter (as opposed to 20% for most white chocolates) which makes our recipe particularly qualitative and with delicate aromas thanks to the presence of natural vanilla flavours. The chocolate unfolds all its flavours and its ideal consistency at a room temperature of about 21 ° C.
