The Pagos del Rey Winery presents us with the White Wine Analivia Sauvignon Blanc from the Designation of Origin Rueda (Spain), made from the 100% Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. Analivia Sauvignon Blanc is produced at the Pagos del Rey winery, located in Rueda (Valladolid).

The international variety Sauvignon Blanc, originally from France, has adapted perfectly to Rueda, offering a fresh and aromatic wine, ideal for the most demanding palates. This wine is also Vegan, making it an excellent choice for those looking for environmentally and animal-friendly products.

Serve between 8-10°C to fully enjoy its characteristics. The D.O Rueda is a wine region located on the Castilla y León plateau, between two of the most relevant denominations in red wine production: Ribera del Duero and Toro. The Duero river flows through the region from East to West, bringing freshness and uniqueness to the vineyards of Rueda.

This region obtained its certification as a Designation of Origin in 1980, being the first D.O in Castilla y León. Its classic continental climate, with long cold winters, short springs, and hot summers, is ideal for high-quality viticulture.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested at night in early October, when the lower temperatures help preserve their wonderful aromatic character. Before pressing, the must macerates with the skins for a few hours at low temperatures to obtain the maximum expressiveness of the grape. The winemaking process is carried out under careful control in each phase, to avoid oxidation and maintain the grape's qualities intact. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature between 14-16°C.
