Whole MI CUIT MINI Foie Gras, Packaged Vacuum sealed bag 100 g packaged
Our Foie gras Mi cuit of 100g is a piece of whole duck liver (not ground) vacuum packed and subjected to a light heat treatment (pasteurization) that barely alters the physical structure, composition, and organoleptic characteristics of foie gras.
Foie gras Mi cuit is characterized by a compact and shiny appearance, a corn yellow color, and a strong and penetrating flavor and aroma. Due to the light cooking, the Micuit foie gras has an incomparable creamy texture.
Usage tips:
Foie gras Mi-cuit corresponds to a whole piece of unground duck liver, and therefore has a cutting texture.
To serve foie gras Micuit; remove the Foie Gras from the refrigerator and keep it at room temperature between 5 and 20 minutes before tasting it to appreciate all its qualities.
Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water, and make the cuts on the cold foie gras. A cheese or butter slicer can also be used.
If we want to consume it cold, we should keep it at room temperature for 10 minutes so that it reaches the aroma, texture, and flavor characteristics of the best foie gras.
When hot, after slicing it, we can brown it in a dry pan or griddle.
