Ximenez Spinola 3000 Bottles: Legitimate liqvor of Brandy distilled from pure wine at low alcohol content, extracted from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes following the family tradition of only producing products from this grape. Coming from Soleras dating from 1948 and currently consists of 52 barrels, which are still identified and marked with the acronym of old age qualification: D.P.X.O. Since 1948, this solera has been dedicated exclusively to private consumption of the family, but in 2008, after intense consideration the President of the Board of Directors of the winery and owner of the 52 existing barrels, has authorized an annual draw of 3000 bottles, which personally certifies with his rubric.
