Pour 250 ml of water and boil, leave the infusion bag for about 7 minutes and it would be ready to take. To get a good breathing accompanied by this infusion we can perform the following posture: we will sit with our legs crossed and back straight. With arms relaxed on the knees and eyes wide open we will look at the forehead and inhale air for 5 seconds, then hold your breath for another 10 seconds. Do this for 3 to 10 minutes.
