Australian winemaker Chris Ringland and Spanish winemaker José Luis Chueca have worked together to make this wine, named after the Shiraz grape in reverse. This variety, which is grown in Europe, South America and Australia, was planted in the Borsao vineyards in 2002 and has adapted perfectly to the climatic conditions of the Moncayo to produce a full-bodied, unctuous wine with smooth tannins and heady balsamic, black fruit and toasty aromas.
Wide selection of wines of the diverse denominations of the Spanish geography. Carefully chosen and always valuing the effort and quality in the process of elaboration of the producers.
