It is presented with a weight ranging from 250 to 300 grams, preserved in a protective atmosphere to maintain its organoleptic properties. This chorizo is made in one of the oldest drying facilities in the Gúdar-Javalambre region, located in Mora de Rubielos. Thanks to the tradition of salting and air drying in the fresh and dry climate of the Sierra de Teruel, subtle, low-salt flavors and a pleasant, characteristic aroma are obtained. Its homogeneous texture and combination of flavors make it perfect for pairing with cheeses, preserves, wines, and oils. For the best flavor experience, it is recommended to slice it thinly with a knife at approximately 21ºC. Additionally, its high content of proteins and monounsaturated fats makes it a healthy option.
