Shoulder made in an artisanal way and cured naturally in the Sierra de Andalucía under unique microclimatic conditions, from certified Iberian breed pigs, raised freely and fattened during the montanera season with acorns and grass. Pieces weigh approximately 4.5 to 4.5 kilograms. Approximately 18 to 24 months of curing.
INGREDIENTS: Iberian acorn pork shoulder and salt.
