Negativo: No he tenido suerte. No vale lo que cuesta. He comprado muchos 50% mejores qué este 100%. No lo devuelvo porque no está en mal estado o demasiado salado. Pero está seco. Escasa grasa, la parte grasa y la parte magra ni siquiera brillan, están mate. De entrevetado ni hablamos. El sabor es corriente, más parecido a un serrano que a un ibérico. Insisto, he debido tener mala suerte. Positivo: Entrega muy rápida, el jamón llegó a mi casa un día después de hacer el pedido.
