Our Ham is the result of over 70 years of curing experience in natural cellars in the Sierra de Granada, with a unique flavor thanks to its low salt content and without artificial additives. We select the raw material with high quality standards and have certifications from the European Union, the Spanish State, and the Andalusian Government. Our modern facilities comply with technical health standards and take advantage of the microclimate for the natural curing of our hams.
