This "Gin from our Gardens" lives up to its name: a selected 12 botanicals, thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender and juniper plants planted organically on the farm.

Loïs and Nolwenn, brother and sister, made the bet to distill the plants of their gardens and to use the water of their source while being a resolutely innovative distillery.

The plants are distilled fresh and the citrus peeled in the morning to give the gin that aromatic power. The grain alcohol is mixed with spring water before adding the aromatic botanicals. The distillation process is slow (over 8 hours) and tedious to harvest a delicate and complex nectar.
