This honey is harvested in June. It is recognized by its minty and assertive taste, quite characteristic. It may have a slight bitterness. It is a honey with character. Depending on the variety of linden pollen, the honey can have a more or less yellow or even amber color. It can crystallize quickly if it is light or slowly if it is darker. The Rucher du Marandou is located in St Avit de Vialard in the heart of the Dordogne and Périgord (24).
