Conservas Cachopo

Conservas Cachopo is a family business specialized in the world of preserves. Since the mid-eighties they have worked with the company Ajos Cachopo, dedicated to the wholesale marketing of garlic. Aware of the deterioration of the land due to excessive production, they decided to abandon large harvests and thus create Conservas Cachopo, a sustainable business that strives to offer an exquisite product. And this is how they managed to create their business and offer preserves made from organic crops and quality raw materials, without any artificial ingredients, all natural.

We went to Velázquez Street and visited one of the three Doña Tomasa stores in Madrid. A business that started little by little in Cantabria, until it managed to bring the most exquisite products to the most demanding palates.
