For the preparation of this roast beef, high-quality beef loins are selected, trimmed of excess fat, marinated with grainy Pommery mustard, salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, and then roasted and cooked sous-vide to achieve a very juicy piece of roast beef ready to enjoy.It is accompanied by a handmade apple pureemade with Granny Smith apples, water, and sugar,also ready to heat and consume.Package contents:1 unit Roasted beef900-1000g + 1 unitCarolea apple puree 250gAverage serving size per person:200-250g roast beef + 50-60g apple puree.Storage:keep refrigerated between 0 and 5 ºC.

Preparation method:

1. Remove the roast beef from the vacuum bag, slice thinly, and consume at the preferred temperature (we recommend serving warm).
