Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lagar del Soto, sourced from organic and traditional cultivation in Pozuelo de Zarzón, Cáceres, is a premium product made exclusively with green olives of the Manzanilla Cacereña variety. The production takes place from olives harvested in October from groves protected by the Natura 2000 network. Cold extraction and controlled milling ensure the preservation of its unique attributes, resulting in an oil with an acidity of only 0.1°. This oil, with an intense green color and yellow highlights, offers a fruity aroma of green olives and a sweet, slightly spicy taste, perfect for enhancing salads, vinaigrettes, and even desserts like brownies. The storage in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen gas guarantees its quality. It is recommended to protect it from light to prevent oxidation.
