Iberian acorn-fed shoulders 75% Iberian breed deboned and obtained from the front legs of 75% pure Iberian pigs.
These 75% acorn-fed shoulders are the result of careful breeding of Iberian pigs fed with 100% natural feed, primarily wild herbs and acorns, which give them their unparalleled flavor and delicate texture.
The aroma and flavor of the shoulders and Iberian cured meats from Puente Robles are so distinctive and unique thanks to their curing in the pure air and shade provided by the Arribes del Duero.

To enjoy the full flavor of the 75% Iberian acorn-fed shoulders, we recommend consuming them at approximately 24°C.
If packaged, we recommend removing them from their packaging and letting them come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. If they have been stored in a cold environment, this time may increase up to 2 hours.
Preferred consumption: 6 months.

Total curing for 24 months, with only 3 months of drying and the rest of the curing done entirely naturally in our facilities.
Sliced or cut shoulder: store in a cool place between 4-10°C. When ready to consume, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
