Finca Roma coffee, a premium coffee from Colombia produced in the Tolima region at an altitude of 1900 meters. This 100% arabica Caturra variety is grown on the Finca La Roma by producer Emmanuel Enciso, who acquired the farm in 2019 and has worked to achieve the highest quality. With a washing process, the coffee presents a balanced, chocolatey profile with date and apricot flavors, and a medium-low sweetness like panela. The farm also produces other crops like apples and guavas.
