RECOMMENDATIONS:
To preserve the characteristics of your Ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home, take it out of the vacuum packaging we send it in and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

In a cardboard box with the product vacuum packed.
WEIGHT:
Whole pieces weigh between 7 kg and 10 kg and are deboned in various parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the deboning for full utilization.
