Strong and healthy pigs, fattened naturally in the pastures of our farms in Extremadura, with acorns from the largest concentration of holm oaks in Europe. Cured in the drying sheds of Guijuelo, Salamanca, with the cold, dry winter winds and hot summer winds of the Sierra de Gredos and Béjar, which result in paletas of 100% Iberian acorns, full of flavor thanks to the presence of fat, very rich in nuances, healthy and nutritious, to enjoy with all five senses.
