3 Fonteinen Hommage has 4.5% ABV, the previous batches 6% ABV.
After maceration with raspberries and tart cherries, it is blended with more lambic for a higher intensity of fruit concentration. This operation results in a full-bodied and intense aroma of red berries for a very complex beer
