Incorporates all the flavor, quality, and originality of the Aestivum truffle, also known as the San Juan truffle. This variety of black truffle of Spanish origin grows alongside the roots of the Mediterranean forests of Teruel between May and September. Inside, the summer truffle is light brown in color, with white streaks when ripe.
With a milder flavor than black truffle, Tuber Aestivum is also highly appreciated for its multiple culinary possibilities, as it enhances the flavors of the foods it accompanies.
Being such a select product, it is recommended to always combine it with other quality products to achieve more spectacular flavors. Pair with meats, pastas, rice, risottos, salads, cheeses, and creams.
