GREEN ESMERALDA PREMIUM
After the first night of harvest for the limited edition Luxury, and during the remaining six nights, the olives destined for the Verde Esmeralda Premium edition as well as the entire Premium range «Precious stones» are harvested and ground. This range is presented in a bottle whose shapes and dimensions are identical to the «emerald cut», one of the cuts most used in the configuration of the four gems recognized worldwide by traditional jewelery, the Emerald, the Diamond, the Sapphire and the Rubi.
This edition is presented in a 500 ml bottle, green and shaped like an emerald. Contains extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety.
Picual oil has a strong personality, with more intensity and body. They are oils of a greener color, with an intense fruity flavor, with a greater sensation of density and itching and medium-high bitterness. It is a variety that is highly appreciated for its early production, ease of cultivation and quality of the olive oil obtained, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid.
Sensory profile
Very intense fruity of green olives, and very complex, with notes of fig, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. In the mouth, it has a sweet entry, moderately bitter and somewhat more spicy, all very balanced.
