In these Iberian Acorn-fed Ham cubes, made following the customs of the province of Huelva, you will discover the know-how and artisanal production of Olalla. It comes from privileged pigs, raised and fed outdoors in our fantastic natural meadows of Andalusia. This outdoor life and careful feeding result in pieces of maximum quality. Following our family history and tradition, during the slaughter season we produce a high-quality acorn-fed ham. Cured in our drying rooms in Santa Olalla del Cala for 30 months. Tips for optimal tasting:
Before opening the bag, we strongly recommend that it is at room temperature (between 20 and 25º would be optimal). A little trick is to run the pack under warm water to get rid of the cold from storage. Then, carefully separate the slices one by one and place them on a plate. Ideally, wait about 5 minutes for the product to fully air out and regain its natural aromas. Once the package is opened, we recommend consuming it at that moment.
