One of the jewels of Spanish Iberian products. This 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Loin D.O. Jabugo comes from the mamellada-lampiña breed, 100% Iberian, which is raised freely in the Sevilla pasture. It has a minimum curing period of 6 months. It is vacuum packed. Cured raw sausage, marinated and stuffed in artificial casing that has undergone a proper curing process.

100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed
A unique breed almost extinct selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless pigs, dark in color, with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage in the anterior part of the neck).
