Ibores Goat Cheese is made from raw goat's milk, animal rennet, and salt. It is a completely artisan cheese. Its aging time is at least 6 months. It has a smooth and semi-hard yellowish crust. The ivory white paste is smooth, buttery, and moist. Its flavor is moderately spicy and very pleasant to the palate.
