In Productos el Bici we bring you the authentic Mar de Santoña anchovy to buy, caught with traditional styles exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea and then cleaned and filleted by expert hands. They mature for over 6 months in barrels with salt, which gives them their intense and characteristic flavor. To keep all its flavor intact, it is preserved only in olive oil.
