Serving temperature: 13-14ºC Viticulture: 100% Palomino from the Montegilillo vineyard, on the Carrascal estate, with albariza soils, very suitable for growing Palomino grapes
Making: Subjected to double aging. First a stage of biological aging, under veil of yeast flower, and later, when the veil is lost, begins a stage of oxidative aging. By concentration, after almost 20 years of aging, the alcohol content increases to over 20% vol.
