Cooked in water, the asparagus is then mashed into a puree and gently bound with a little cream and potato, and you are ready to rediscover the scents of spring.
Preparation tips: Just warm it up before enjoying it. For an even more gourmet asparagus soup, it will be enough to add a few drops of truffle oil, and small pieces of foie gras!
