The Atlantic spider crab, French spider crab or imported spider crab, comes from the European North Atlantic (FAO Zone 27), where the catch of the crab is higher than in the Rias Baixas making its price is lower, being the quality-price of this seafood excellent.
To fully enjoy this seafood, we recommend eating it cooked. In addition, due to its low price, the Atlantic spider crab is perfect to prepare recipes such as seafood salad or crab croquettes.
