The piece of picaña is sold whole. You can choose if you want it in fillets (they are spectacular grilled or grilled) or the whole piece (ideal for grilling). The weight of the piece is approximately 1,200 kg.
If you choose the fillet option, we will pack them in two packages so you can better organize their consumption.

Another recipe for picaña is grilled. There you can prepare it whole, or in steaks. If you do it whole, place it with the fat layer facing up, so that it melts as it cooks. If it's in steaks, we recommend that you don't overcook it too much, as that will take away from the flavour.

Preferential consumption: before 7 days.
A good idea is to take the meat out of the fridge 15 minutes beforehand so that it is tempered and not cold inside if cooked rare.
