The Beronia Graciano Joven Red Wine belongs to the D.O.Ca Rioja and the Beronia winery. It is made with 100% Graciano grapes.
The vinification of this wine focuses on preserving the characteristics of the grape. Cold maceration is carried out and then the alcoholic fermentation is controlled at a moderate temperature for a good extraction of color. Subsequently, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 14 and 16°C.
