This red wine has been made with yields of less than 1 kilo per vine and is harvested in mid-October. Once in the winery, it undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration at 3ºC for 4 days and is fermented at 26ºC remaining with its pastes for a further 10 days. In addition, 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels
This is a wine with an intense red color, violet rim and dense tear. Aroma of broom, red fruit and English caramel with light smoky nuances. In the mouth it is round, leaving sensations of oak.
Alcoholic content: 14%
It is recommended for consumption between 14 and 16 degrees
